All cylinders can be customised to include:
- cushioning,
- position detection,
- integrated standard seals or
- low friction seals
- variety of mountings.
They can be designed for:
- low or high pressure
- low or high speed
- can operate with any fluid, including water
Cylinders with inside diameters of between 40mm
and 600mm, and lengths of up to 7.5m can be
produced.
   
All machining, milling, turning, welding and
inspection is done at the factory, and according
to customers specifications. Cylinders with
masses of up to 5 tons for complete cylinders
and individual components of up to 2 tons can be
produced.

In order to ensure complete traceability and
repeatability,
every cylinder is:
- inspected
- full documentation and manuals are kept in our database.
Measuring equipment and gauges are calibrated by
SANAS accredited laboratories. Our sophisticated
test-rig allows us to pressure-test all
cylinders for function and leakage up to 800 bar
and enables mid-stroke bypass testing.
